It’s nice to meet you.
I’m known for helping driven women reach their next level both personally and professionally.
Curious about your next level?
I’ve got you, girl!
And the best part of all?
My highly effective coaching style which consists of a blend of pragmatic and spiritual techniques lends itself to expedited results.
In other words: We get right down to business, honey.
My biggest qualifiers to coach are the challenges I’ve been able to overcome. Within every challenge lies a lesson (and let’s just say I’ve had a lot of them), in addition, the opportunity for skill development (and I’ve got mad skills).
Things didn’t start off super great for me. Nosy? Curious? I thought you might be. Let’s just say I’ve got a doozy of a story that involves some serious overcoming. Reach out and ask me about it. The short is, I’ve been able to dramatically change my life and achieve results that I once deemed as nearly impossible. Now I teach you how to do the same.
What my clients would say:
I’ve earned my spot in the industry as a top level coach.
What my friends would say:
I’m classy, sassy and badassy.
What my mom would say:
I’ve been bossin’ it since day 1 (I’d line up my dolls and “teach” them).
What I say:
I can best be described as a spiritual deep sea diver, lover of all things wellness, bubbly, funny (I’ve got jokes for days), down to earth, no BS, creative and a savvy business woman with an authentic approach. Oh, and I come with a lotta flavor (ya feel me?).
My life motto:
Polished, yet human.
My professional background consists of completing a 3 year coaching training over a decade ago. I have additional training in meditation through the Shambhala Center. I attended Naropa University where I studied early childhood education and then later became an assistant teacher for the Body Mind Centering class based on the work of Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen.
My own personal work and continuing education is integrated into my coaching practice. I’m a constant learner, extremely committed to my growth journey. I have worked with several coaches of my own throughout the years and there’s one who holds a special place in my heart, the notable Heather Dane (former high-powered corporate executive turned coach who’s co-authored 2 books with Louise Hay). I strongly believe in the power of coaching because I truly wouldn’t be who I am today without Heather’s mentorship.
Now for the fun stuff…
3 truths and a Fib:
I've been known to sing & dance to Motown while cooking dinner -- roast chicken, anyone?
I’m automatically disqualified from Survivor because I know how to make fire by rubbing 2 sticks
I ran marketing for a Wealth Management Law Firm and coached the principal
My Kindergarten teacher wrote on my report card, “Caitlin is assertive. This could serve her well in the business world though.”
Answer: The fib is…
they’re all true. Got ya!
